The AssociationThe Arctic Museum Nanoq is run by the association Nanuk r.f. The association was founded in 1988. The founder of the museum and association is Pentti Kronqvist, who is the director of the museum as well. Kronqvist has built the museum together with approximately 40 volunteers.Nanoq has one fulltime employee, a curator, and three guides working during the peak season (June-August).
