Exhibition This YearEvery summer Nanoq displays a special exhibition with an arctic theme. This years exhibition isFinns on Greenland - Greenlanders in FinlandAt display we will have photos taken by Tiina Itkonen, Kristian Olsen aaju and NAF03 (photografic excursion to Greenland 2012). Tiina ItkonenTiina Itkonen is a world renowned photographer from Finland who travelled to Greenland the first time in 1995. Since then she has made several trips to different parts of Greenland and held many exhibitions around the world. Kristian Olsen aajuKristian Olsen aaju is a greenlandic artist and writer who has grown up on Greenland but nowadays spends half the year in Finland. He has taken photos of what he thinks is representative and typical of Finland. NAF 03NAF 03 is a group of natural photographers from the vocational school Axxell, who made an excursion to Greeland in 2012. |
