On Wednesday, 12 August, artist Anja Talvi opens her watercolor exhibition Norrskenssagor at Nanoq. Inspired by nature and her own experiences, Talvi portrays the natural world in an almost fairytale-like way.

The exhibition Norrskenssagor draws inspiration from beliefs, myths, and stories about the Northern Lights from different parts of the Nordic region and the Arctic. The series began to take shape more than ten years ago and has continued to evolve and take new forms over the years.

The exhibition opening will be held on Wednesday, 12 August at 5 PM in Goichmans Gallery, next to the café. The exhibition will be on display at Nanoq until 30 September.

We warmly welcome you to discover Anja Talvi’s fairytale-like interpretations of the Northern Lights!
