Storstugan (the Big cottage) gets ready in Björnidet

Pentti takes part in an expedition from North Greenland to Grisefjord in Canada, about 800 km.

Penttis first trip to Greenland together with Christer and Peter Boucht and Erik Pihkala.

Pentti builds the first cottage in the ”Björnidet -area” (translated “the Bear’s nest”) which will later grow to be a small village of cottages. All the cottages are old houses from the region that has been transported and rebuilt to the area.
